All aboard the Wenatchee Riverfront Railway for the final ride of 2010! The little engine pulls cars full of kids and adults along a 10-gauge track that winds through curves, trestles and bridges alongside the Columbia River. The depot will be decorated for the holidays, and coffee and cocoa will be available. As a special treat, football players from the Wenatchee Venom will be on hand to greet kids. Volunteers with the Wenatchee Riverfront Railway & Navigation Association offer the December ride for free as a thank-you for community support this year. The railway association is an affiliate of the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center.
