About Us

LocalTel has been serving communities across North Central Washington since 1982. We’re a locally rooted company with more than 150 employees and managers who live and work right here in the communities we support.

Today, LocalTel operates through two main divisions. Our core services team delivers high-speed fiber internet, phone service, TV, and fixed wireless for homes and businesses across the region. Our Professional Services team focuses on security and life-safety solutions, including alarm, camera, and fire systems, along with structured wiring, in-building fiber infrastructure, Wi-Fi design, 3CX phone systems, and colocation services.

At our core, LocalTel is a community service provider. We’re deeply invested in the places we serve, building meaningful local connections, and supporting the long-term success of our communities.
